Etching tank with (side) ventilation ZR100

An exhaust system directly above the acid bath ensures that noxious vapours are carried off to the back of the tank and discharged via a PVC centrifugal fan.
The plexi hinged window allows you to follow the etching process without any risk of splashes.

The installation is in grey PVC, 6mm, with double-sided welding.

The maximum size of an etching plate is 800 x 1000 mm; the installation is equipped with a discharge valve and a motor protection device. This installation can be extended to a larger unit by adding a rinsing basin and several acid or water baths.

Acid Fume Chamber Ac 186

Safety was our main concern when we designed the ARTLEY acid fume chambers.

Noxious fumes are carried off horizontally via a double back wall and exhausted by means of a powerful, acid-proof centrifugal blower. The chamber is sealed off with an hinged perspex window with a thickness of 8 mm.

The acid fume chamber has a standard length of 1.86 metres, but it is possible to extend it to 6 metres. This option is particularly interesting for art academies, since it allows several students to work on several acid baths simultaneously.
