Etching tank with (side) ventilation ZR100
An exhaust system directly above the acid bath ensures that noxious vapours
are carried off to the back of the tank and discharged via a PVC centrifugal
fan.
The plexi hinged window allows you to follow the etching process without
any risk of splashes.
The installation is in grey PVC, 6mm, with double-sided welding. The maximum size of an etching plate is 800 x 1000 mm; the installation is equipped with a discharge valve and a motor protection device. This installation can be extended to a larger unit by adding a rinsing basin and several acid or water baths.
