Litho Presses L 80 - L 90
The manually operated litho presses L80 - L90 have a mechanical system to apply top pressure, based on the traditional German type.
All moving parts are mounted in bearings. This is done to optimize the smoothness of motion. Pressure can be applied and sustained with a minimal effort, which makes it unprecedentedly user-friendly.
The disconnectable reduction gearbox ensures a smooth return of the beech bed plate. Thanks to the spring-suspended superstructure the risk of breaking one of your valuable lithographic stones is reduced to a minimum.
Litho Presses L 80A - L 90A
The L80A - L90A models are automatic versions of the L80 - L90 models. They are driven by an electric motor and are ideal for printing large volumes.
The dimensions of the stones used are preset. Before applying pressure to the stone, the plate automatically sets the starting and end position. In addition to the spring-suspended superstructure, this provides an extra security to protect the stones from breaking.
Only the pressure is set manually in this version.
Technical data
The superstructure is spring-suspended independently of the supporting structure.
